What is the principle of the gas water heater micro switch?

With the continuous growth of the social economy, people's living conditions are getting better and better, and the quality of life has also been greatly improved, especially in household appliances. Today, the editor will talk about the relevant knowledge about the micro switch of gas water heaters. You must know that micro switches are widely used today, and the micro switches of gas water heaters play a very important role in the work of gas water heaters. So, what exactly is a gas water heater micro switch? How does it work?

Gas water heater refers to a gas appliance that uses gas as fuel and transfers heat to cold water flowing through a heat exchanger through incineration heating to achieve the purpose of preparing hot water. The water heater micro switch is a quick switch actuated by pressure, also called a sensitive switch.

Its working principle is that the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through transmission elements (press pins, buttons, levers, rollers, etc.) The contact and the fixed contact are quickly connected or disconnected. When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force. When the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is terminated instantaneously. The contact interval between the micro switches is small, the action stroke is short, the pressing power is small, and the on-off is active.

Its function is to control the incineration. When the water pressure reaches a certain level, the diaphragm inside will open the micro switch through the transmission shaft, and the micro switch will give a signal to the pulse incinerator to initially discharge and ignite. Signal, energize and open the valve to supply gas, and initial incineration. If it doesn't burn or is difficult to ignite, the water heater micro switch may be damaged.
