1.After setting a certain temperature, the set temperature signal is transmitted to the main controller through the transmission line.Open the water inlet ball valve, the cold water enters the water inlet valve through the water inlet valve, the water flow sensor and the hall switch are turned on to generate a pulse signal, and the water flow sensor transmits this pulse signal to the main controller.

2.When the water flows through the water inlet temperature sensor, the temperature sensor measures the current water inlet temperature and transmits this temperature signal to the main controller.

3.When the water flow signal is transmitted to the main controller, the main controller controls the high-speed start of the fan, and the first 3 seconds are transferred to low-speed operation. At this time, the ignition controller starts to ignite, and the switch solenoid valve and the segmented solenoid valve on the proportional valve are opened after a delay of 2 seconds. Solenoid valve and segmented solenoid valve.

4.After the ignition is successful, the proportional valve obtains the required load based on the set temperature signal, the water inlet temperature signal and the water flow signal, and determines the opening of the proportional valve and the number of segmented valves.

5.When it reaches ±2℃ of the set temperature, it is transferred to fine-tuning, and the set temperature is reached within 2 seconds, and hot water is continuously supplied.

6.When the amount of water changes, the number of pulses of the flow sensor changes, and the main controller will recalculate the size of the current load and quickly adjust the size of the proportional valve opening.

7.Close the water inlet ball valve, the water flow stops, the flow sensor stops rotating, the output signal disappears, close all switch valves, clean the fan for 25 seconds after entering the high speed, and the hot water supply stops.
