The function of Pulse ignition is to monitor the working status of the gas water heater and transmit relevant data to the controller to adjust and manage the operation of the water heater. It is an important part to ensure the normal operation of gas water heaters.
High Precision Control: The pulse controller utilizes a high-precision temperature sensor and control algorithm to accurately control the output temperature of the constant temperature machine. Users can set a target temperature, and the pulse controller can automatically adjust the heating power of the constant temperature machine to maintain a stable temperature near the set value.
Quick Response: The ignition box is capable of quickly responding to temperature changes and can adjust control strategies in real-time to achieve rapid temperature adjustments.
A variety of protection functions ensure the safe operation of the pulse controller and thermostat.
Over-temperature protection: The pulse controller will monitor the temperature of the thermostat. Once the temperature exceeds the set safety range, the pulse controller will automatically stop heating or take other measures to avoid danger caused by overheating.
Short circuit protection: If the pulse igniter detects a short circuit in the thermostat, that is, abnormal current or abnormal connection, it will immediately disconnect the circuit to prevent circuit failure or fire.
