The heating season has passed, and summer has come. It is said that summer has nothing to do with wall-hung boilers. In fact, summer is a good time to install wall-hung boilers. First, to avoid clustering installations; second, there can be a trial run stage, and heating is guaranteed; third, It can reduce the difficulty of construction. A wise user will choose to install a wall-mounted boiler at this time. However, whether the wall-hung boiler is properly installed determines the safety of the wall-hung boiler, and is also related to the normal use of domestic water and heating water for the entire family. In the following, we will talk about how to install a wall-hung boiler.
1. Installation conditions
Not everyone can install a boiler at home. There are three prerequisites for installing a tankless combi boiler.
First, there must be a gas supply at home, because the wall-hung boiler uses 12T natural gas, and families without gas supply cannot use the wall-hung boiler;
Second, there must be a suitable wall-hung boiler installation site in the home (the following will introduce how to choose a suitable gas combination boiler( installation site), and at the same time, there must be an outlet for exhaust gas (wall drilling is required);
Third, the home heating system must be an independent system, that is, different from community collective heating, it is an independent floor heating or independent radiator.
2. Choose a suitable installation location
The installation location of the wall-hung boiler is generally in the kitchen, balcony, wall, etc., and try to avoid installing it in a humid bathroom.
The installation location should first consider the requirements for exhaust gas emission, and it is necessary to open holes to discharge the exhaust gas generated during the work of the wall-hung boiler; secondly, whether the direction of the water pipes is reasonable, one is domestic water, the other is floor heating water, and it is best installed near the domestic water outlet. location, and consistent with the household heating pipes; then the wall-hung boiler should also be installed in a location that is easy to operate and maintain. Special reminder: If the gas wall-hung boiler is installed outdoors, it needs to be protected from rain and frost.
The wall-hung boiler is installed on the wall. Since the wall-hung boiler needs to be fixed with hooks during installation, water pipes, electric wires, gas pipes or other pipes should not be embedded in the inner wall of the wall-hung boiler to avoid breakage during the installation of the wall-hung boiler.

3 .Preparations before installation
After the location of the gas boiler is selected, the next step is to drill hole on the wall for the flue pipes, and reserve space according to the diameter of the wall-mounted grille pipe. When the installation location is non heat-resistant wall, it is necessary to install a heat insulation protection device.
4. Install templates and hooks
Drill holes on the wall according to the installation template and bracket provided by the boiler supplier. Measure the hole with a spirit level rather than by eye or experience to prevent the boiler from tipping or becoming unstable. Install the bolts and hooks after fixing the template.
5. Install the wall-hung boiler
First remove the lower casing of the gas wall-hung boiler, hang the equipment on the hook on the wall, and connect the next five pipelines. When connecting, add gaskets and tighten them to prevent water or gas leakage, and then install the casing.
6. Install the exhaust pipe
After the wall-hung boiler is installed, the smoke pipe should be installed. When installing the flue pipe, the flue pipe should be horizontally inclined 3-5 degrees downward to prevent rainwater or condensed water from pouring into the wall-hung boiler, causing pipe blockage or damage to the wall-hung boiler. It should be noted that if the length of the smoke pipe extending to the outer wall exceeds 1 meter, a hanger should be installed to prevent the smoke pipe from falling off.
